Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Casa Di Rika. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, scents, makeup marks, or signs of wear, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at support@casadirika.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Casa Di Rika is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Items worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged
- Items with makeup marks, stains, perfume, deodorant, or signs of wear
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final sale items or gift cards
